Welder Repair Technician

Full-Time

Overview:
Arc Solutions is seeking a Welder Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain
welding equipment. This role requires strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, problem-
solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and perform electrical, mechanical, and
control repairs on a variety of welding equipment, including inverters, engine
drives, and automated systems. Read and interpret diagrams and schematics to
repair machines.
– Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine preventative maintenance and
calibration to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
– On-site Service: Travel to customer sites to perform diagnostics, repairs, and
routine maintenance as needed.
– Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and OSHA safety protocols and
procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, sales staff, and
management regarding job status, repair times, and technical details.

Qualifications:
– Experience in electrical/electronics repair (industrial or manufacturing preferred).
– High school diploma or GED; technical training in electrical a plus.
– Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics.
– Able to lift, bend, stoop, and work in tight spaces.
– Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
